摘要
以微电脑采集心导纳血流图,同步自动微分得心导纳微分图。将二者分别作为X,Y座标拟合成心导纳微分环。测定210例3~50岁健康儿童和成人心导纳微分环各相面积与总面积比值正常值,以逐步回归法建立了各面积比值的多元线性回归方程。
The first differential admittance cardiograph (dy/dt) was differentiated real time from the cardiac admittance plethysmograph (Δy) with microcomputer. The cardiac admittance differential loop (ADL) was drawn up by combination of Δy as abscissa and dy/dt as ordinate with microcomputer. The normal area ratios of each phase to sum of the ADL were obtained in 210 healthy subjects aged 3 to 50 years. The best regression equations of all area ratio indices were established using stepwise analysis method.
