摘要
分子标记是继形态标记、细胞标记和生化标记之后发展起来的一种比较理想的遗传标记,近年来在作物遗传育种中得到了广泛应用。介绍了几种常用的分子标记技术及其特点,并从种质资源研究、遗传图谱构建与性状基因定位、分子标记辅助选择等方面综述了分子标记在烟草育种中的应用。
The molecular markers, which developed following morphological markers, cytological markers and biochemistry markers, have been extensively applied in crop genetics and breeding at the recent years. In this article, several kinds of molecular markers and their characteristics were introduced. The applications of the molecular markers in tobacco were also reviewed on characterization of germplasm, construction of-genetic linkage map, mapping of qualitative and quantitative traits, and marker-assisted selection.
