本文描述了用高速脉冲极谱仪测定成品糖中微量的 Pb、Cu 的方法。所用的极谱仪,价格低廉(每台约3500元),操作简便、快速,测定结果准确、重观性好。这对及时监测实际生产中成品糖的卫生质量标准有普遍适用意义,适合糖厂使用,具有进一步开发应用的价值。
The article describes the method of determination of trace lead and cop- per in commercial sugar with high speed pulse polarograph which costs only RMB(?)3,500 a piece.It is simple and convenient to operate,with quick, accurate results and good reproducibility.This method is universally appl- icable in timely monitoring the standard of hygiene quality of commercial sugar in process,worthy of further development in application.
