摘要
云南东川包子铺铁矿石性质复杂,有用矿物为赤铁矿和褐铁矿,杂质磷和硅含量较高,磷主要以胶磷矿或类质同象形式赋存在赤铁矿和褐铁矿之中,属高磷难选赤褐铁矿石。在对该矿石进行了多方案实验室小型试验研究的基础上,采用阶段磨矿—高梯度强磁选粗粒抛尾—正浮选除磷—反浮选得精工艺流程进行扩大连选试验,获得了铁精矿铁品位58.72%(烧后62.13%)、含磷0.397%,铁回收率58.20%的选别指标。
The iron ore from Dongchuan Baozipu, Yunnan has complex properties. It contains hematite and limonite that are valuable minerals and high impurity content of both phosphorus and silicon. The phosphorous mainly occurs as chollophanite or in the form of isomorphism in hematite and limonite, making the ore a high phosphorus hematite-limonite ore. Based on the laboratory tests on several schemes, the pilot test was carried out on the process consisting of staged grinding, high intensity high gradient magnetic separation for coarse tailing discarding, direct flotation for phosphorous removal and indirect flotation for obtaining the concentrate. The test achieved metallurgical performances of an iron concentrate grade of 58.72% (62.13% after ignition), a phosphorous content of 0. 397% and an iron recovery of 58.20%.
