摘要
梅山铁精矿硫、磷含量高,影响着铁精矿及冶炼生铁的质量。采用硫、磷混浮工艺,可有效降低铁精矿中硫、磷含量。扩大连续试验结果表明:以重选铁精矿作为原矿,在磨矿粒度-0.076mm占65%~70%条件下,采用碳酸钠、水玻璃、淀粉、丁黄药、脂肪酸类捕收剂和硫酸铜作浮选药剂,铁精矿中硫、磷含量可分别降至0.25%和0.19%,精矿铁品位达到54.53%,铁回收率91.16%,铁精矿碱度0.81。采用酸化水玻璃作抑制剂,对硫、磷混合泡沫进行再分离,可得到硫品位大于32%、回收率大于72%的硫精矿。
High sulfur and phosphorus contents of the Meishan Concentrating plant s iron concentrate resulted in an reduction in the quality of iron concentrate and pig iron. Bulk flotation of sulfur and phosphorus could effectively reduce the sulfur and phosphorus contents of the iron concentrate. The results obtained by a continuous test show that bulk flotation of 65%~70%minus 0.076 mm gravity iron concentrate using sodium carbonate, water glass,starch,butyl xanthate, fatty acid collectors and copper sulphate as flotation reagents can reduce the sulfur and phosphorus contents of the iron concentrate to 0.25%and 0.19% respectively,with a 54.53% iron concentrate grade,a 91.16% iron recovery and an iron concentrate alkalinity of 0.81.Reflotation separation of sulfur from phosphorus in bulk foam product is carried out using acidified water glass as depressant,obtaining sulfur concentrate with a grade of above 32%S and a recovery of above 72%.
