摘要
本文利用波特(Porter)的分析工具和方法,从考察国际工程承包产业结构的诸种竞争力入手,依次对承包企业的价值链、价值系统及策略定位问题进行了分析,并借助Porter的钻石模型,对如何构筑我国对外工程承包发展的竞争优势,提出了一些看法与建议。
Making use of analytic tool and measure of M. Porter, the paper starts on observation in the various kinds of competitive power in industry structure of the international engineering contract , and then accordingly, analyzes the value chain, the value system and the strategic orientation issue of the contracting companies. At last, some ideas and suggestions have been proposed, by means of Porter＇s Diamond Model, on how to construct cornpetitive advantage in the development of Chinese overseas engineering contract industry.
