摘要
目的:了解人鼻咽癌细胞的光谱吸收特性。方法:利用单光束光声光谱技术测量两株人鼻咽癌细胞(CNE-1、CNE-2)的归一化光声光谱。结果:在波长为380nm^700nm范围内,这两株人鼻咽癌细胞的光声光谱吸收特性存在着显著差异,它们的光谱吸收强度大小为:CNE-2>CNE-1。结论:利用光声光谱技术能够区分不同的人鼻咽癌细胞株的光谱差异性,从而表明该技术能为鼻咽癌的研究提供一种新方法。
Objective: To investigate optical absorption characteristics of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines. Methods: The standardized photoacoustic spectroscopy of the two human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines (CNE-2 and CNE-1) were measured respectively using single beam photoacoustic spectroscopy technique. Result: In the range from 380nm to 700nm, the marked difference between CNE-2 and CNE-1 is found in the photoacoustic spectroscopy absorption characteristics. Optical ahsorqtion intensity of the two cell lines is : CNE-2〉CNE-1. Conclusion. The results shows that tells the difference about different nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines on spectroscopy using the photoacoustic spectroscopy technique. The photoacoustic spectroscopy technique may provide a new way on further research on nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
