人鼻咽癌细胞株SUNE-1和CNE-1的光声光谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解人鼻咽癌细胞的光生物学特性,采用单光束光声光谱技术对2株人鼻咽癌细胞SUNE-1、CNE-1进行了研究,获得了它们的归一化光声光谱。结果发现,在波长420nm附近,它们的光声光谱都存在吸收峰;在波长380~700nm内,SUNE-1的光谱吸收强度大于CNE-1。研究结果表明SUNE-1和CNE-1的光生物学特性存在显著差异,为鼻咽癌的研究提供了一种新途径。 This study is designed nasopharyngea nasopharyngea carcinoma ce carcinoma ce to determine the photobiological characteristics of human nes, The standardized photoacoustic spectra of two human nes(SUNE-1 and CNE-1) were measured respectively using single beam photoacoustic spectroscopy technique. The absorption peak near wavelength of 420 nm appears in their standardized photoacoustic spectra. In the range from 380 nm to 700 nm,the marked difference between SUNE-1 and CNE-1 is found in the photoacoustic spectra absorption characteristics. Optical ahsorption intensity of the two cell lines is.SUNE-1 〉 CNE-1. The results show that human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines SUNE-1 and ONE-1 are different on photobiology. The photoacoustic spectroscopy technique may provide a new way on further research on nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
