摘要
通过对肾性蛋白尿的常见病机分析,提出辨证治疗中应该固护脾肾,分清内外病位,虚实兼顾,标本同治,注重活血化瘀的应用。丰富了蛋白尿的治疗思路。
By analyzing the common pathogenesis of renal albuminuria, we suggest that, in syndromes differentiation for treatment, we should strengthen and protect the spleen and the kidney , clarify the inside and outside position of diseases, give attention to both asthenia and sythenia , treat the symptoms and the root cause simultaneously , and emphasize the application of promoting blood circulation to remove stagnation of blood. It enriches the thoughts for the treatment of renal albuminuria.
