摘要
本研究观察了雷公藤多甙(T_I)对肾小球系膜细胞(GMC)产生活性氧的影响。结果显示T_I能明显抑制GMC合成超氧化物阴离子和过氧化氢,还能清除GMC合成的活性氧。提示T_I有多方面的抗氧化作用,这可能是该药治疗肾脏疾病的重要药理机制。
The effect of polyglucoside of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook f.(T)on reactive oxygen species(ROS)produced by rat glomerular mesangial cells(GMC)was investigated.T,not only markediy inhibited the production of superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide from GMC,but also scavenged ROS produced by GMC.These results substantiate multi-potential antioxidant activities of T in the treatment of kidney diseases.
