摘要
目的:了解我院麻醉药品的应用情况和用药趋势。方法:对我院2003年～2005年麻醉药品应用数据进行统计和分析。结果:我院麻醉药品消耗金额逐年增加,吗啡制剂增幅较大,哌替啶注射液呈减少趋势。用药频度(DDDs)居首位的是枸椽酸芬太尼注射液,主要用于手术麻醉前、中、后的镇静与镇痛。结论:癌痛三阶梯止痛原则发挥作用,我院住院药房麻醉药品用药结构渐趋合理,临床医师在癌症治疗中用药基本合理。
Objective ：To investigate the situation and developing trend of the use of narcotics in our hospital.Methods： The data of narcotics used in our hospital in 2003-2005 were collected from HIS System and analyzed.Results： The consumption of narcotics in our hospital was increased year by year, especially that of morphine. Pethidines were decreaced in the proportion. The use of Fentany injection occupied the first places in frequency,and it was mainly used for the sedation and analgesia before,during and after operations.Conclusion：The three step ladder therapy for relieving pain from cancer is useful.The rationality of narcotics prescriptions in our hospital seems to be appropriate.
