摘要
本文介绍的酸化互溶剂SCH-1是一种复合型的多功能酸液添加剂,具有良好的破乳性、抗酸渣性和热稳定性,能减少酸液中所含助排剂、缓蚀剂在地层中的吸附,可优先使岩石表面水润湿,提高油相渗透率。在胜利油田,该剂通过现场应用试验后已投入大面积推广使用。本文简介了该剂的研制,详细报道了室内性能评价结果,概述了现场试验和应用情况。
The titled mutual solvent SCH-1 consists of a specially synthesized glycol cther as main component, an AlE type block-polyether demulsifier, an antisludging agent, and a solvcnt alcohol. SCH-1 is evaluated extensively for brcakability of crude oil/acid (as prepared and spent, hydrochloric and mud) emulsions, thermal stability at 150℃, water wettability, preventing from acid sludge formation, compatibility with corrosion inhibitors, adsorption on rock surfaces and effect on adsorption of corrosion inhibitors and baekflow improvers. The uscs of SCH-1 in acidizing production and injection wclls of sandstone reservoirs in Shengli Oil Fields arc described.
