DS18B20U is a 1 -wire bus temperature sensor produced by MAXIM Company, and there is unique mark code in the ROM. Basing on the application in monolithic computer,it introduces main performance of 1 -wire bus digital therluometer DS18B20U,and application in the control of greenhouse＇s temperature,and introduces hardware circuit and flow chart of soft ware.
