摘要
DS18B20是美国DALLAS半导体公司生产的1-WIRE数字温度传感器,它可直接实现数字化输出和测试,具有控制功能强、高精度、传输距离远、抗干扰能力强、微型化和微功耗等特点。为此,介绍了单线数字温度传感器DS18B20的结构、特点和工作原理,设计了一种基于DS18B20和AT89S52单片机的温度测量系统的硬件结构及汇编程序,并阐述了其在农业中的应用。该装置具有显示精度高、价格低廉、结构简单、扩展方便和应用广泛等一系列优点。
The DS18B20 is a 1-WIRE digital thermometer of DALLAS Semiconductor, It can realize direct Digital output and examination, and has strong control function, better precise,long distance transmission, strong antijamming ability , miniature, low power consumption and so on. This paper introduces the structure and principle of the single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20, presents the hardware and compiles program design of temperature measure system which based on DS18B20 and AT89S52, expatiates the application in the agriculture. This device has some advantages such as： better precise, low price, simple structure. It also can be easily extended, and has important application perspectives.
