摘要
本文利用 SUPER SAP91 微机版工程分析软件,对某高速柴油机曲轴进行了有限元计算模态分析,获得了其前五阶模态参数;利用随机信号与振动分析系统 CRAS 4.1 版对该曲轴进行了试验模态分析,其固有频率与计算结果的相对误差在5.7%之内,验证了计算结果的正确性,为结构的动态特性分析提供了可靠的数据。
The finite-element modal analysis on the crankshaft of a high speed diesel engine are conducted with the computer version of the SUPER SAP 91 engineering analysis software and the first five orders of modal parameters are obtained. The testing modal analysis done on the crankshaft with the random signal and vibration analysis CRAS V4. 1 shows that the relative error between its intrinsic frequency and the computed result is under 5. 7%, which proves the correctness of the computed result and provides reliable data for the dynamic character analysis of constructions.
