原发性高血压病人左室肥厚与B型利钠肽的关系 被引量:1

The Correlation between Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and B-type Natriuretic Peptide in Patents with Essential Hypertension

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)病人左室肥厚(LVH)与B型利钠肽(BNP)的关系。方法EH病人83例,根据左室质量指数(LVMI)将EH病人分为LVH组与无LVH组。对两组行心脏彩色B超检查及BNP测定。结果LVH组BNP水平为(45.87±7.32)pg/mL,高于无LVH组(11.75±4.14)pg/mL(P<0.01),LVMI与BNP水平呈独立正相关(回归系数r=0.38,P<0.01)。结论BNP是EH病人合并LVH的独立预测指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation between left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and B- type natrluretic peptide (BNP) in patents (pts) with essential hypertension(EH). Methods Two dimensional echocardiography and BNP were examined in 83 pts with essential hypertension. All of 83 pts were divided into two groups by left ventricular mass index (LVMI) : 48 pts with LVH (including 23 male pts and 25 female pts,average age was 60.18 ± 10, 25) and 35 pts without LVH (including 17 male pts and 18 female pts,average age was 59.62 ± 10.86). Results The concentrations of BNP was higher in LVH group than that in non - LVH group [ (45.87 ± 7, 32) pg/mL vs ( 11.75 ± 4, 14 ) pg/mL, respectively, P 〈 0.01 ]. The concentrations of BNP was/:ositively correlated with LVMI ( r = 0, 38 ). Conclusion The concentrations of BNP were respective predictors to LVH in pts with essential hypertension.
