分析了预应力混凝土管桩软土地基的优缺点,以某住宅楼工程的桩基工程为例,探讨了挤土效应产生的机理,详细地阐述了减少静压桩挤土效应的措施,可供类似工程参考。
The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of pre-stressed concrete tubular pile soft foundation, discusses the mechanism of squeezing effect taking pile foundation engineering in a certain residential building construction as an example, and illustrates the measures to reduce squeezing effect of static pressure pile, which to offer a reference for similar engineering.
