摘要
通过新温大建工学院教学楼,瑞安职业技术学校宿舍楼两项工程施工实例,介绍了预应力混凝土管桩在温州软弱地基土中的设计、施工经验,可供同类型工程参考借鉴。
Taking the construction of two projects： the teaching building of Architecture Engineering College of Wenzhou University and the students＇ apartment building of Ruian Professional and Technologica School as the case study, this paper introduces the design and experience of laying prestressed concrete pipe piles in the spongy ground soil, which can provide references for the project construction of the same kind.
