摘要
在热处理试验和实际测温基础上,用模拟试验方法研究了9Cr3Mo钢制冷轧工作辊表面及距表面不同深度处在最终热处理过程中的加热冷却过程。研究结果对开发9Cr3Mo钢冷轧工作辊具有一定指导意义,所采用的试验方法对同类大截面热处理工件的研制和开发也具有一定参考价值。
On the basis of experiment in heat treatment and practical temperature measurement,the heating and cooling procedures of the surface layer and each subsurface layer inner the 9Cr3Mo steel cold work roller during its final heat treatment have been tested and researched by the method of simulation.The conclusion drawn from the work may be of guidance significience to develop 9Cr3Mo steel cold roller products.The experimental method used may also be of reference value to develop the similar largesized heat treatment parts.
