摘要
通过对MC3深淬硬层冷轧工作辊进行二次淬火试验和跟踪检验 ,研究MC3深淬硬层二次淬火冷轧工作辊质量和使用性能 ,改进使用与维护制度 ,其使用寿命比常规二次淬火冷轧工作辊提高 2 0 %以上。
A secondary hardening test is conducted on MC3 deep hardening layer cold work roll. Both the quality and performance of the roll, as indicated in the follow-up investigation, have much improved. And its service life is expected to increase over 20%under proper operation and maintenance condition, compared to the normal hardening layer cold work roll
