产业群外部协调能力的培育对策研究

摘要 产业群的核心能力由外部协调能力、内部协调能力和企业自身核心能力构成。产业群外部协调能力的培育,首先必须有地方政府在区位选择、产业选择及市场维护方面给予支持,在区位和产业上协调各方利益;其次,构建包括企业在内的各种组织机构如大学、研究中心、中介机构、金融机构、政府组织等的地方网络,形成集聚效应;再次,加强文化培育,创新当地的文化环境,建立具有内在联系的群内文化基础。
