摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济在获得持续快速增长的同时也受到了城乡差距不断扩大的困扰。本文使用中国分省市的面板数据(panel data)研究了向市场经济转型的制度变迁过程对城乡差距的影响。研究结果表明,以建立社会主义市场经济体制为目标的经济体制改革与城乡差距扩大没有联系,而财政和金融等领域的城市化偏向是现阶段城乡差距扩大的主要原因。
Since implementing the reform and opening up policy, China has got great economic growth with a huge rising of rural - urban inequality. This paper studied the relationship between institutional change and rural - urban inequality in China. We find that economic restructuring which from planned economy to the socialist market economic system has not relation with rising of rural - urban inequality. The urban - biased economic policies in finance is the main reason of rural - urban inequality.
