摘要
本文在实验室工作的基础上，对MES（α－磺基脂肪酸甲酯）制备工艺进行了对比和讨论，指出了各工艺的主要优缺点，认为磺化－老化－再酯化／漂白－中和的路线比较合理，文章还报道了工艺过程中主要反应步骤、反应规律研究的试验数据，并对其进行了讨论。
Based on the experiments conducted in laboratory, this article discusses the major MES (α-sulfo-methylesters ) manufacturing processes and technicians, indicates that the process' sulfonation-aging-reesterifi-cation /bleaching-neutralization ' has more advantages. Some laboratory datum are reported and discussed.
