摘要
文章首先分析了大学衍生企业的社会定位和可能引发的价值冲突,进而从办学理念、制度安排、衍生企业模式和面临的价值冲突等四个方面,比较了麻省理工学院(MIT)和哈工大发展衍生企业的经验,揭示了我国大学在发展衍生企业过程中存在的种种问题——大学的价值追求紊乱、大学缺乏严明的学术保障制度、大学在企业衍生过程中的角色定位不准,并提出了解决这些问题的出路,即,大学应该回归科学场域、应该尽量避免发展校办型衍生企业、政府应该与大学一道建构一个自主的科学场域。
This paper firstly analyzes the university spin-off’s social position and the possible conflicts between the academic and the commercial value, and then compares the topology of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and HarbinInstitute of Technology (HIT) in developing their spin-offs from four aspects: the idea of the university, institutional arrangements, the spinning-off pattern, and the possible value conflicts before them. In doing so, it is revealed that, in general, in developing their spin-offs, Chinese universities are facing the following problems: their value-pursuing is in a state of disorder; they lack clear and effective security system of the academic; the definition of their role in developing spin-offs is inappropriate. It is argued that Chinese universities should withdraw from the economic field to the scientific field, that the university-owned spin-offs should be evaded, and that the government and universities should work together to build an autonomous scientific field.
