摘要
从教育信息管理者的知识素质结构现状入手,揭示了教育信息管理者知识素质结构存在的主要问题;依据教育信息化对教育信息管理者素质的要求,提出了其应具备的知识素质结构及特征,并就优化教育信息管理者知识素质结构的相关对策进行了探讨。
This essay reveals main questions of education information managers from their knowledge structure. According to requiring of education information, this essay suggests that education information managers should possess the structure and character of knowledge qualify, and bring forward some suggestions which will optimize the structure of knowledge qualify of the information managers.
