移位性肱骨近端骨折手术治疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 移位性肱骨近端骨折的治疗目前仍是骨科一大难题,存在很多争议。大多数学者强调移位性肱骨近端骨折的解剖复位和稳定固定,以便早期活动。骨折类型、患者情况不同使得治疗手段各异,尚无足够的证据表明哪种治疗方法最佳。近几年手术技术趋向微创性,减少了骨坏死的风险,但也存在稳定性不足的问题,从而可能影响早期康复。新型内固定物可提供更大的成角稳定性、更好的生物力学性质及更强的锚着力,有望在移位性肱骨近端骨折治疗中取得更好的结果。半肩关节置换术和全肩关节置换术也取得了很大的进展。
