摘要
兰州市农用土地分等定级,是为了加强土地管理,把土地使用纳入法制化、规范化的轨道。增强土地经济意识,珍惜每寸土地,合理开发和保护土地资源,挖掘土地潜力,发挥更大的经济效益。其方法采用定量半定量,因素和子因素结合,多因素加权分值求和法,以综合观点,剖析土地自然属性特点和社会经济属性特点,分等定组。为强化地籍管理体系,打下良好的基础。
The purpose of grading the agricultural land of Lanzhou is to strengthen the land management and to bring the land utilization into the normal course of legalization and standardization; to strtenthen the land economical consciousness, to treasure every inch of land,to develop and protect land resources more rationally, to tap the latent power of the land,and to bring the economical efficiency into fuller play. By using fixed quantities and semi-fixed quantities,factors and filial factors, multifactors and a weighted average method, and from a comprehensive viewpiont, we analyzed the natural, social and economical characteristics of the land and then decided its grade so as to lay a favarable foundation for the strengthened land management system of the region.
