摘要
本文根据单晶体简单点阵劳厄衍射理论,利用衍射指数变换的方法,论证了复杂点阵对单晶体多波长衍射的影响导致某些衍射指数在衍射中消失,结果表明各种复杂点阵衍射指数消失的条件是C面底心点阵H与K的和为奇数;B面底心点阵L与H的和为奇数;A面底心点阵K与L的和为奇数;体心点阵H,K和L三者的和为奇数;面心点阵H,K和L奇偶混杂。
Based on Laue diffraction theory of monocrystal with simple lattice and using diffraction index conversion, it is demonstrated in this paper that the influence of complex lattices on multi-wavelength diffraction in monocrystal leads to the vanishing of some diffraction indexes in the process of diffraction. The conditions of diffraction index vanishing of various complex lattices are as follows: the sum of H and K is odd number for C-face with bottom-centered lattice, the sum of L and H is odd number for B-face, the sum of K and L is odd number for A-face, the sum of H, K and L is odd number for body-centered lattice, and the sum of H, K and L is either odd or even numbers for face-centered lattice.
