摘要
本实验从番茄红素及β-胡萝卜素的紫外图谱差异入手,确定了以氯仿为溶剂,以518.8nm吸收峰为测定波长的番茄红素测定方法,避免了其它类胡罗卜素的干扰。
A simplified method based on the UV spectrum differences of lycopene and β-carotene for quantitative analysis of lycopene is established, with chloroform as the solvent and the absorbent peak 518.8rim as index, so as to avoid the interference of other carotenoids.
