摘要
以白肉火龙果果皮为原料,采用纤维素酶法提取其原花青素,以原花青素提取液吸光度为检测值,分别对酶体积分数、酶解温度和乙醇浓度进行单因素试验,并在此基础上采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计及响应面分析,建立回归模型。结果表明:酶法提取火龙果皮中原花青素的最佳工艺为酶质量分数0.95%、酶解温度30℃、乙醇浓度60%。
Cellulase was used to extract proanthocyanidins from fruit pericarp of pitaya (Hylocereus undatus). Based on results of single-factor experiments, Box-Behnken central composite design coupled with response surface methodology involving there factors, enzyme concentration, extraction temperature and ethanol concentration, was applied to set up a quadratic polynomial regression equation for proanthocyanidins extraction. The optimal extraction conditions of proanthocyanidins from pitaya pericarp were as follows: cellulase dosage 0.95%, extraction temperature 30℃ and ethanol concentration 60%.
