摘要
本文对汽车板(08F钢)拉深成形过程的基本参数,采用最佳实验设计方法进行了综合研究,通过对实验数据统计处理、方差分析和回归分析确定了影响拉深变形力的主要影响因素,及其最佳变形条件。并建立了各因素间的数学模型。
in this paper, a synthetical study on the basic parameter during deep drawing of 08F steel was performed by means of the optimum experiment design method, Through the variance analys is and regression analysis of the experimental data, the most significant factors and the optimum deformation condition were determined, and mathematical models concerning these factons were also established.
