摘要
新型塑料模具钢PMS镜面钢在630~670℃变形温度范围内和较宽的应变速率范围内具有较好的超塑性能。在最佳变形条件下利用该钢进行精密塑料电话机按键模的超塑成形,可一次成形出精度较高的模具,证明其有较好的应用效果。
In this paper,the superplasticity and die forming of new plastics die steel PMS has been investigated.Under the test conditions of 630~670℃temperature, the superplasticity of this steel is fine. The superplastic forming of the precision plastics telephone key die can be realized in optimum conditions.The results show that the technology has good practical effect.
