摘要
在工作站上开发的压铸型CAD/CAE系统,可完成压铸工艺参数设计、压铸型(件)温度场有限元数值模拟及压铸型设计。计算机辅助工艺设计与实际设计相比较,有较好的一致性;计算机数值模拟了压铸型(件)任一截面上不同时间的温度场,并以图形显示结果;使用了美国PTC公司的Pro-Engineer通用机械CAD/CAM软件,完成了壳盖压铸型镶件的CAM,包括建模、生成走刀轨迹以及完成数控加工等。
The process parameters design of die casting,finite element numerical modelling of temperature field for die casting mould(castings)and disign of die casting mould can be done by using CAD/CAM system of die casting mould developed in work station.The CAD of foundry technique agrees very well with practical design.The temperature field of die casting mould(castings)at any sections in different time can be numerically modelled with computer and displayed the results in graphics.The example for CAM of die casting mould insert of housing cover,including estabshment of pattern,forming of feed locus and fulfilment of digital control machining by used CAD/CAM software of Pro engineer general machine for PTC Co.America,was given in this paper.
