摘要
采用天然油脂及某些功能添加剂,利用化学合成方法制取压铸冲头润滑剂,获得了性能优良的产品。本文论述了冲头润滑剂的合成工艺、试验内容、试验方法、性能指标及应用效果等。
The lubricant of plunger is made from natural oil and some functional additives by means of chemical polymerization and the lubricant is excellent in the technological characteristics. This paper introduces the technological process of polymerization,testing contents and methods, performance index and practice of the lubricant.
