摘要
农业循环经济是解决浙江省农业问题、保护农民利益的一种有效途径,是适合农村发展的全新的经济模式。农业循环经济可以促进农业生产、农业资源、农业产业和农村社会的良性循环,浙江省应采用多种模式,构建农业的绿色生产体系、生态体系、产业体系、产品体系和保障体系。政府应制定农业循环经济发展规划,建立技术创新体系,建设示范工程,为发展农业循环经济创造良好的制度环境。
Agricultural recycling economy is an effective way to solve the agricultural problem in Zhejiang and protect farmers interests. It is also a new mode of economy that suitable for rural development. It can be used to promote the sound cycle of agricultural production, agricultural resources, agricultural industry and rural society. Zhejiang province should adopt diversified mode to establish green production system, ecology system, product system and guarantee system for agricultural industry. The government should formulate plan for the development of agricultural recycling economy, carry forward the establishment of technological innovation system and construct demonstration project to create a sound institutional environment for the development of agricultural recycling economy.
