摘要
发展循环经济是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径。通过论述循环经济的产生与发展 ,阐述了循环经济的原则 (减量化、再利用、再循环 )、特征及其产业体系 ,进而提出了面向循环经济的企业经营理念。最后 ,结合我国市场经济发展现状 ,分析了我国发展循环经济所面临的体制问题、认识问题、环境标准问题、企业自身发展问题。
Developing circular economy is an important way to implement sustainble development strategy. At first, this paper expounds the principles of reducing, reusing and recycling; characteristics; and the industrial system by discussing the emergence and development of circular economy. Then it puts forward enterprises' business notion of circular economy. Finally, on the basis of the situation of market economy in China, it analyzes the problems faced in circular economy such as system,recognition, environmental standard and enterprise's development.
