文章论述了关怀、帮助弱势群体,努力构建和谐社会是图书馆的社会职责;介绍辽宁省图书馆在为“弱势群体”服务中,拓宽服务渠道,进行的一系列服务和探索。
The article discussed the social duty of public libraries＇ loving care for and helping vulnerable groups, and making great efforts to build socialist harmonious society. Then the paper introduced Liaoning Province Library＇s ways in services for vulnerable groups library such as widely opening up service channel and doing a series of service and exploration.
