摘要
改变农村经济社会发展落后的局面,缩小城乡差距,实现城乡均衡发展,是建设社会主义新农村的重大发展战略。在现今城市居民已建立了相当完备的社会保障制度的情况下,要想实现社会主义新农村的战略目标,还必须考虑农民的社会保障问题,建立和完善农村各项社会保障制度。
To change the backwardness of the rural economy, narrow the gap between the urban and rural areas and balance the development of the urban and rural areas is a very important development strategy of building a new socialist countryside, With the urban residents already enjoying a sound social security system, we also need to consider the social security issues concerning the farmers and establish as well as optimize various social security systems in rural areas in order to realize the strategic goal of building a new socialist countryside.
