摘要
塔里木油田属于勘探新区,勘探钻井面临许多困难,战线长、分布广,地区差异大,井控工作风险大。针对实际生产过程中存在的难题,将井控工作与HSE管理模式融合在一起,组织开展井控安全技术研究,探索出项目开工前风险评估、设备第三方认证、二级清单制度等新的管理方式,并用于现场,有效地控制了井喷或井喷失控事故的发生。从2002年以来,通过不断探索新的管理方式,与HSE管理模式较好地融合在一起,认真搞好勘探井的井控安全管理工作,为塔里木油田连续三年实现“井控安全年”做出了努力。
Tarim Oilfield belong to new exploration area, the risk of well control is very great. According to the actual problems existent in drilling, well control work and HSE management method are combined to carriy out the research of well control safety technique. Some new management methods are obtained. Through field application, blowout and lose control of blowout were controlled effectively.
