摘要
针对常规的混凝土超声检测仪存在着采集数据量小、只能进行简单分析处理并且体积和质量都较大、携带不便的问题,开发了一种新的网络化混凝土超声检测系统。该检测系统以可编程逻辑器件CPLD作为控制核心,通过24通道高速并行数据采集电路对检测信号进行采集,利用网络处理器(IP2022)实现网络连接,将测得的数据通过网络实时地传输给计算机进行分析和处理。在实际检测试验中,该检测系统传输速率可达900 kbps,平均读取一次数据时间小于300 ms。试验结果表明,该检测系统使用方便灵活,可以有效地用于混凝土结构物的安全监测和质量评价。
The normal ultrasonic testing instrument for concrete has those disadvantages: its acquisition datum is small; it just can do brief analysis and processing works, its big bulk and weight are inconvenient for taking. So a new networked ultrasonic system testing for concrete based on network was developed. This testing system is controlled by CPLD, and it can acquire testing signals through high-speed parallel datum acquisition circuit of 24 channels. Its network connection is implemented by IP2022, and the acquisition data can be transmitted to computer in real time for analyzing and processing by network. In a bridge testing, the transmission speed reaches 900 kbps, and the average time of read datum once time is less 300 ms. Experimental result shows that this system can be used for the concrete construction safety supervision and quality evaluation. 1 tab, 7 figs, 11 refs.
