先天性人巨细胞病毒感染发病机制的研究进展 被引量:6

Progress in the Pathogenesis of Congenital Human Cytamegalovirus Infection

摘要 人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)是人类最常见的先天性感染病毒,可引起流产、早产、死胎、胎儿宫内发育迟缓及小头畸形、抽搐、脑瘫、智力低下、视力损害及听力损害等后遗症。目前先天性HCMV感染的发病机制仍处于研究阶段。该文对近年来先天性HCMV感染发病机制的研究报道进行综述,主要涉及HCMV的潜伏.激活;HCMV的致畸机制,包括HCMV的直接损伤、通过影响胎盘和绒毛的损伤而导致胎儿畸形、HCMV感染引起细胞凋亡、同源盒基因表达异常及HCMV感染对脑组织的损伤;HCMV感染对免疫系统功能损害机制。
