摘要
按照国家检定规程的要求,研制了液相分析仪荧光检测器检定用标准物质。本文简要介绍了标准物质的配制方法;重点介绍了标准物质的均匀性检验、稳定性检验过程,详细分析了标准物质不确定度的评定。
According to verification regulation, we developed reference material for fluorescence detector of HPLC. This paper introduces the confect method, homogeneity test, stability test methods, and analyses uncertainty of reference material.
