摘要
对鞍钢第二初轧厂初轧机轧辊在冷却过程中存在的问题及冷却特性进行分析、研究，在此基础上设计了以“V”形喷嘴为核心的冷却装置，经两年多的在线运行．证明此装置可显著提高初轧辊的使用寿命、降低辊耗，效益可观。
Based on analysis and investigation of the cooling characteristics and problems existing on the blooming roll of AISC No2 Primary Rolling Works during cooling process, a cooling unit has been developed,which has a V-nozzle as key component. The operating results over 2 years show that the unit can increase service life .lower roll consumption substantially,and has considerable economic beni fits.
