摘要
介绍了国内外建筑用排水管的发展现状。论述了整条铸铁排水管离心铸造生产线的结构、工作原理和主要设备的技术参数。根据离心铸造铸铁排水管螺旋成形工艺特点,通过大量试验,确定了铸铁排水管的生产工艺。生产实践表明,铸铁管质量达到国际标准要求,与传统砂型手工造型铸管相比,社会经济效益可观。
Abstract
The present situation of cast iron drain pipes at home and abroad in building industry was presented in this paper. The overall arrangement, motion principle and main technical parameters of production run equipments were discussed. On the basis of acting Characteristic of spiral forming technologies for centrifugal cast iron drain pipes and plenty of experimental results, the technological parameters for centrifugal cast iron drain pipes were determined. The quality of cast iron pipes is said to achieve the ISO 6594, thus the obvious social and economic benefits were obtained compared with traditional manually operated process.
