摘要
本文对29份印度圆粒小麦材料进行考察与分析结果表明,印度圆粒小麦植株较矮,株叶型好,分蘖力强,成穗率特高,有效穗多,但千粒重偏低。相关分析结果表明,成穗率与有效穗呈极显著正相关,与分蘖数呈极显著负相关;千粒重与株高呈显著正相关.而与小穗数、穗粒数均呈显著以上水平负相关;小穗数与分蘖数、成穗率均成极显著正相关,而与有效穗数呈极显著负相关;穗粒重与穗粒数、千粒重和株高均呈显著正相关。A-PAGE检测结果表明,醇溶蛋白遗传多样性较高,29份材料共检测到27种醇溶蛋白带型,分离出25条相对迁移率不同的带,每份材料可分离出10—19条,平均16条,醇溶蛋白遗传相似系数(Gs)变异范围在0.593—1.000,平均值为0.788,在cs值0.766水平上所有材料可聚为四类,且遗传聚类关系与材料的地理来源有一定的相关性。SDS-PACE检测结果表明,在Glu-A1和Glu—D1位点上分别只检测到一种亚基类型,即null和2+12,而在Glu—B1位点检测到22、20、7+9、7+8四种亚基类型,其中22亚基出现频率高达75.9%。
The genetic variations of storage proteins and the main agronomic traits were analyzed and evaluated in this study. It has shown that Triticum sphaerococcum Perc. accessions had little relative plant height, better plant type,strong tillering ability, excellent forming spikelet percent,larger spikelet number per plant and lower 1000-grain weight. The results based on correlation analysis indicated that (i) the forming spikelet percent was very significantly and positively correlated with spikelet number per plant, and significant negative correlation was observed between the forming spikelet percent and the filler number; (ii) significant positive correlation existed between the 1000-grain weight and the plant helght,whereas significant negative correlation could be found between 1000 -grain weight and the spikelet number per spike and the kernels per spike; (iii) the spikelet number per spike,between which and the spikes per plant very significant and negative correlation existed ,was very significantly and positively correlated with the tillering numbers and the spikelet percent;( iv ) the grains weight per spike had significant positive correlations with the kernels per spike ,the 1000-grain weight and plant height. Using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophorosis (A-PAGE) ,the genetic variations of g/iadlns was investigated in 29 accessions, resulting in 27 gliadin patterns. Band number for each accession ranged from 10 to 19,with an average of 16,which led to a total of 25 bands in such accessions. The genetic similarity (GS) among these accessions ranged from O. 593 to 1. 000 with the mean of 0. 788. Cluster analysis indicated that 29 T. sphaerococcum Perc. accessions could be classified into 4 groups at the level of GS 0. 766 ,and that the genetic variations of gliadins were associated with its geographical distribution. Further investigation of high molecular weight glutenin subunit (HMW-GS) alleles by sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) revealed that for the Glu-Bl locus, subunit 22 (75.9%) was the most frequent subunit, nevertheless,only one subunit presented at Glu-A1 locus (null) and Glu-D1 locus (2 + 12) ,respectively.
