摘要
用气相色谱-质谱法对乙酰甲喹样品中的共存物进行定性、定量分析,确定样品中含有3种与乙酰甲喹结构类似的化合物,即3-甲基-2-乙酰基喹噁啉、3-甲基-2-乙酰基喹噁啉-4-氧化物、3-甲基-2-乙酰基喹噁啉-1-氧化物,其相对含量分别为4%、20%、30%,乙酰甲喹相对含量为46%。
The main concomitants in mequindox were identified and determined by GC -MS, respectively. The results showed that the structures of three main concomitants found in mequindox were similar to that of mequindox. The main concomitants were 3-methyl-2-acetylquinoxaline, 3-methyl-2- acetylquinoxaline-4-oxidate, 3-methyl-2-acetylquinoxaline-l-oxidate. The content 46% and those of the three compounds were 4% , 20% , 30% , respectively.
