摘要
本文综述了饲料中喹噁啉类药物检测技术,从样品前处理和检测方法的角度进行分析,检测技术主要包括高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱串联质谱法、酶联免疫法、气相色谱串联质谱法、分子印迹法、近红外光谱法、胶体金免疫层析法等,重点介绍了高效液相色谱、高效液相色谱串联质谱,旨在为喹噁啉类药物检测技术的进一步研究提供参考。
In this paper,the detection technology of quinoxaline drugs in feed was introduced,and the analysis was carried out from the perspective of sample pretreatment and detection methods.The detection technology mainly included high performance liquid chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,molecular imprinting method,near-infrared spectroscopy,colloidal gold immunochromatography,etc.High performance liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry were mainly introduced,aiming to provide reference for further research on the detection technology of quinoxaline drugs.
