摘要
研究了圆环链材料23MnNiMoCr54钢的闪光对焊的焊接性问题。针对国产钢圆环链在使用上疲劳寿命短等问题,利用扫描电镜比较了国产钢和日本钢在原始组织和焊缝区的金相组织,比较了其焊接性,对圆环链的疲劳试验所受应力进行了分析。
This paper presents a research about weldability of steel of 23MnNiMoCr54 with flash butt-welding as the engineering material of chain link.For a solution on short fatigue life of domestic chain link, this paper compares the original and weld＇s fine texture of domestic steel with that of the steel of Japan by means of scanning electron microscopy ,analyzing the weldability of two types of steels and the stress distribution on ring of chain link in fatigue test.
