摘要
对云南红豆杉这一树种已开展过的研究从其分布、种群生态特征和资源状况以及细胞/组织培养和紫杉醇内生真菌的分离与筛选等方面进行了归纳与总结。从优良种源、家系和优树的选择,种子园与采穗圃营建技术研究与示范,壮苗繁育关键技术研究与示范,药用人工原料林高效培育技术、种植模式集成与开发,组织/细胞培养等几方面对今后云南红豆杉研究方向提出了建议。
The studies which had been conducted on Taxus yunnenensis were summarized from several aspects including its distribution, ecological characteristics of the population, resource status, cultivation techniques, tissue and cell culture, etc, And some suggestions for the study of Taxus yunnenensis in the future are proposed from following aspects, selecting superior provenances, families and trees; the demonstration of seed and scion orchard, critical techniques of seedling raising, efficient cultivation techniques of medicinal material plantation, development of planting mode, tissue/cell culture and so on.
