基于电子鼻雪青梨贮藏期检测的实验研究 被引量:18

摘要 探讨了采用电子鼻对不同成熟度的雪青梨的贮藏期检测研究。选取线性判别式分析法(LDA)对测得的数据进行识别分析。分析结果显示,电子鼻可以较好地区分贮藏天数不同的雪青梨,但成熟期的雪青梨有部分区域发生重叠;对于不同成熟度的雪青梨贮藏相同天数后,电子鼻能很好地进行区分。 The paper studied the Storage life of different maturity lilac pear by electronic nose and analyzed the data tested by linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The result shows that the electronic nose can differentiate the lilac pear of different storage period along with the storing days changing, however there is some overlap in maturity lilac pear. The electronic nose can divide different maturity lilac pear easily.
